We are happy to work with you on a variety of cash and payment plan options. Currently you might not be on any insurance plan, or have insurance that we are not contracted with. New Patient Visit — $200
New Patient Visit with X-Rays — $250
Follow Up Visit — $100
Casting — $50
X-Rays — $50
Injections — $50

Note: Follow–Up Appointments made within 90 days of surgery are covered under the global surgery fees and will not be billed to the patient. Casting, X–Rays and Injections are not covered and are the responsibility of the patient at the time of service.
